What we are seeing among early customers of Moneybot and Managerbot is that agency matters. When AI helps a customer take an action, they return at dramatically higher rates than when it merely informs.

In the first two weeks of April, Builderbot and other AI tools reviewed over 90% of production code change requests that were made. As of early April, Builderbot is executing over 200,000 operations per day and is making 15% of our production code changes nearly fully autonomously, with people only intervening to make the final decision to push to production.
